What a fantastic service, could not thank hospice at home enough. The phone calls were a great support and they liked that we were there for all the family which made it easier to cope with.

Introduced to Trinity fully at home by a Trinity nurse - lots of information given to what was available to me and my family. Accessed Jean Briggs and have found this extremely helpful to myself and keeping myself focussed whilst going through meetings and treatment and tests.
